If 3+ orders are made in one day per Active Junky account, you will only receive Cash Back on your first 3 orders made with Backcountry. This is not specific to an Active Junky account, users are identified by Backcountry using multiple data points to determine if an order is coming from the same user even if different Active Junky accounts are used to make those purchases. NOTE: You must be signed in to your Active Junky account and click through Active Junky prior to adding items to your cart to earn Cash Back. If items are in your cart prior to signing in it will cause orders not to track successfully. If cash back is missing and ticket is submitted for review the retailer can take up to at least 30 days to review and provide an update on status of pending ticket. Missed order transactions over 60 days can not be submitted or reviewed with Backcountry. If your order did not track automatically and a VPN/Proxy was used to make your purchase it's likely that Backcountry will not be able to locate and attribute your order to us if a Cash Back Missing ticket is submitted.
